Most AI and cybersecurity startups have incredible technical vision — but translating that vision into a product that works in production, earns trust, and scales is genuinely hard.
Tinlance was built to solve that problem. We bring senior engineering capability to early-stage founders who cannot afford to hire a full team — and who do not want to compromise on the quality of what they build.
We are builders first. We build our own products (like ThreatFade) alongside our client work — which means we understand what it actually takes to ship and maintain software in the domains we work in.

Ship it, do not polish it forever
We bias toward done. A working product with rough edges beats a perfect product that never ships. We iterate in production, not in planning docs.
Production standard only
If it does not work under load, handle edge cases gracefully, and have a plan for failure — it does not ship. We do not demo. We build.
Open source is in our DNA
We contribute back. We have merged PRs into Nuclei, Semgrep, TruffleHog and Gitleaks. We believe the security community gets stronger when we share.
No deadweight
No scrum ceremonies. No Gantt charts. No process for process sake. Clear goals, direct communication, fast decisions.
Own it fully
When we take on a project, we own the outcome — not just our slice of it. If something breaks, we fix it. If the scope was underspecified, we say so early.
